CURRENT JOB VACANCY

1) Welder

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
  • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
  • Able to perform TIG & MIG welding.
  • Ensure jobs complete on schedule and meet conformity.
  • Ensure welding machines and tools are always in good operating condition.

Requirement

  • Proven experience as welder
  • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
  • Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
  • Experience on TIG/MIG welding process or technique
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma/certificates or equivalent in related fields
  • Fresh students from Diploma, SPM or certificates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience

2) Machinist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (milling , turning)
  • Handle tight tolerances and use of measuring equipment
  • Load and unload parts and material into production machines
  • Install fixtures and tooling in production equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawing specifications
  • Perform preventative maintenance on product equipment
  • Follow all safety regulations and prevent on-the-job injuries
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
  • Operate and maintain industrial machines.
  • Produce precision tools
  • Check that all equipment produced works correctly.

Requirement

  • Deftness and attention to detail
  • Organized and meticulous in work
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Able to perform rotating shift duties which include night shift
  • Comfortable using tools and maintaining machinery.
  • Familiarity with programming and interpreting CNC software.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Values precision and enforces quality standards.
  • Knowledge and experience to operate machine such as Clinching or Bending machines.

3) Fabrication

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ability to layout, position, and secure parts and assemblies to meet drawing requirements, using straight edges, squares, angle plates, blocks, clamps and pointers
  • Fit and tack tubes and fittings for vacuum chambers in various positions
  • Read and understand technical drawings
  • Understands and works to technical drawings including weld symbols
  • Thorough understanding of measuring tools such as calipers, rules, feeler gauges, and pi tapes
  • At all times promote and maintain a Safe and Clean Work environment

Requirement

  • GCSE’s or Equivalent
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma/certificates or equivalent in related fields
  • Fresh students from Diploma, SPM or certificates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
