CNC MACHINING CAPABILITIES

CNC Milling

CNC milling is one of the most widely used and common processes that starts with a piece of raw materials. The material is then cut into different shapes and designs using a CNC milling cutter through a circular motion.
Can produce any desired shapes and parts from intricate to simple in either vertical or horizontal orientations.

CNC Turning

This machining tech is quite simple, repeatable, and fast; this process utilizes a lathe to remove off all the excess materials from a solid block.
The machines use a CNC turning center or lathe which rotates at maximum speed as it cuts the tool while moving around a rotating axis.

CNC Drilling

Involves the use of machines to bore holes or threads of different shapes and sizes, as guided by computer software.
Manufacturers can modify CNC drilling machines to drill into all kinds of materials.

CNC Grinding

Process during which CNC software controls an abrasive belt, disc, or wheel parts and products by removing unnecessary surface material.
In the cutting process, the block is first fixed and aligned on the cutting center as the tool rotates creating a round hole.

Manual Conventional Machining

Apart from using software driven CNC’s, there still remains a need for machining operations that require manual manipulation of a conventional machine tool being operated by a skilled machinist. Manual machining offers flexibility in both process and uniqueness for a quality and cost-effective solution for small quantities.

Since our founding, Jakar Machinery has been equipped to handle a wide range of manual machining projects included milling, boring, and drilling machines as well as lathes and other sharp cutting tools.

COLD CUTTING & BEVELLING

Cold cutters are air driven and capable of both cutting and beveling all grades of pipe and casing.
Our cold cutting system produces a lathe-type beveled finish on casing ends without altering metallurgical properties.
